Internships are a regular feature at the YWCA of Bombay. It inducts students across broad spectrum from colleges and institutions all over India. Students get a hands on experience working at the grass root level thereby providing them with an opportunity to understand the challenges and issues plaguing within the society especially with the women and children coming from the marginalised and vulnerable starta of the society, and contribute their ideas and solutions to ameliorate them.
