By accessing and using the YWCA of Bombay website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website
This website is operated by the YWCA of Bombay for informational purposes, membership registration, hostel bookings, programme enrolment, and donation processing. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
2. Donations
- All donations made to YWCA of Bombay are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donations are tax-exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Tax exemption receipts will be issued for all eligible donations.
- We do not store any sensitive information like your credit card or bank details.
3. Hostel & Guest House Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Indian nationals must present a Government-approved ID (Aadhar or Driving License).
- Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
- A 10% deduction applies to cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Retention charges will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of YWCA of Bombay and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The projects mentioned on this website are to build skills and awareness. YWCA of Bombay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our programmes.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
