Reservations

Desk operates 24 hours; bookings are confirmed only against advance payment.

Identification

  • Indian Nationals: Valid Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Government-approved ID (PAN Card not accepted).
  • Foreign Nationals: Mandatory valid Passport and Visa.

Cancellation Policy

  • Individual: 10% deduction if cancelled 72 hours prior; one-day retention within 72 hours.
  • Group (6+ persons): 10% deduction if cancelled 7 days prior; one-day retention for entire booking within 7 days.
