Cancellation policy for Monthly Tariff Package:

No refund against cancellation of reservation or early checkout during the stay. Entire monthly room charges (100%) will be charged as per reservation.

Guest Notice:

Guests are required to produce photo identification upon check-in. For Indian nationals, driving licence, Aadhar Card or any Government-approved ID is mandatory. PAN cards are not accepted. All foreign nationals are required to provide a valid passport and visa

Policies of Room Reservation Cancellation

  • For cancellation of individual booking: If cancellation is made 72 hrs before the date of check-in, 10 % of the room-charge will be deducted. A one-day retention bill will be raised if the cancellation is done within 72 hrs of the date of check-in.
  • For group booking:If cancellation is done or intent of the same is informed 07 days prior to the date of check-in, then 10 % of the room-charge will be deducted from the entire booking. If cancellation is done within 07 days, one day retention bill will be raised for the entire booking. (Group booking is available for more than 10 persons)
  • For company corporate bookings: Cancellation is to be done or informed with a letter from the company 07 days prior to the date of check-in, 10% of a day’s charge(of the entire booking) will be deducted. If cancellation is done within 07 days, one-day retention bill(of the entire booking ) will be charged.

Bank service charge @ 2.5% will be applicable (on refund amount) for refund against cancellation of bookings made through online payment (via Axis Bank).

In-house Guest Cancellations / Early Checkout Policy (Daily Tariff Package):

  • If guests either cancel or checkout early, they will be charged 25% of the room tariff for the remainder of days as per actual reservations & 75% will be refunded.

CONFERENCE ROOMS, MEETING HALL, EXHIBITION AND EVENTS SPACES

The IC also offers conference rooms and meeting hall-for full and half day programmes with facilities for conferences , seminars , exhibition and events to accommodate 20-40 participants, and banquet services at reasonable rates. Arrangements can also be made for residential conference facilities  in the guest house.

Policies of Conference Hall Cancellation
If the cancellation is made before 7 days, 10% of the hall charge will be levied. (Same policy applicable for Snacks/Meals). In case the cancellation is made within 7 days, one day’s retention charge will be raised.
